While in NYC a few weeks ago, we met up with one of our all-time favorite Instagrammers, Chelsweets! Check out her recipe below for Banana Nutella Swirled Nut Muffins!
Between her full time job at L’Oréal (yes, that dreamy company) & selling custom orders in the NYC area, Chelsey of Chelsweets sure does keep busy. Yet having a 9-5 doesn’t stop Chelsey from creating recipes purely for her website almost 5x a week. Maybe these Nutella Muffins she created for us are the secret to a super productive day! We’ll happily test that theory over & over again….
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cup sugar
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 jar Nutella
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line muffin tray with cupcake liners. In mixing bowl, combine eggs, banana, buttermilk, & oil. Stir to combine.
- Add in the flour, salt, baking soda, & sugar. Stir to combine. Chop walnuts & add to mixture.
- Fill each liner ⅔ full & drop 1 heaping tablespoon of Nutella on the top of each muffin. Using a butter knife, swirl the Nutella round the top of each muffin.
- Bake muffins for 15 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
