Pink & Plaid

Winters in Chicago are pretty grey & somehow my wardrobe seems to mimic that during cooler seasons. So earlier this month when I escaped the in-between temps in Chicago for New Orleans (full recap coming soon!) I decided I needed to add some color to my typical uniform. The sweater dress (also seen here) is one I’ve practically lived in all winter with tights or knee highs so I was super excited to have it transition perfectly for a spring look. I paired it with some comfy sneakers as we were exploring a ton during our trip & added a pastel (surprise, surprise) flannel around the waist for that extra spring effect. Shop this look below! xo
