School is out & warmer weather is finally upon us which can only mean one thing: SUMMER IS HERE! To celebrate we created over the top (literally…) Ice Cream Sundae Jars! These treats are super easy to make & even easier to eat. These jars are the perfect treat to cool off with & can easily be made by everyone. Since we’re somewhat perfectionists over here the new clear Blue Bunny® packaging was ideal. It let us see exactly what the ice cream looked like before purchasing it even down to those flavorful swirls. No more false advertisement, this stuff is the real deal. Plus it tastes as good as it looks! Since we could instantly tell the ice cream was so delicious looking, we knew it would be perfect to serve in mason jars. We chose Blue Bunny® Homemade Vanilla, Blue Bunny® Mint Chocolate Chip, & Blue Bunny® Super Chunky Cookie Dough® to make our jars but Blue Bunny® has tons of other flavors that you can check out: here. To separate the layers we used Smucker’s Magic Shell Chocolate Fudge Flavored Topping. This awesome topping hardens once it touches something cold (i.e. ice cream) & also tastes fantastic making it a perfect (& inexpensive!) way to add some fun to your summer ice cream jars.

We easily found all the ingredients at Walmart. The Blue Bunny® ice cream was found in the freezer section & the Smucker’s Magic Shell Chocolate Fudge Flavored Topping was on a shelf at the end of freezer aisle (see below).
