Sadly s’more season is on it’s way out as the temperatures drop drastically day after day. However with this delicious recipe you don’t have to even stop foot outside. In face, you don’t even have to bake, cook, or do anything other than press a few buttons & roll some balls. With just four ingredients, 20 minutes, & a warm, cozy place room, you’ve got yourself some indoor s’more truffles that (dare we say it) taste almost better than the real stuff. Ingredients
- 10 marshmallows
- 10 graham crackers
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chocolate
Instructions
- In food processor, combine marshmallows, butter, & graham crackers. Pulse until a dough like substance forms.
- Place dough onto baking tray lined with parchment paper & roll into bite sized balls. Place tray in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth. Drop one ball at a time into the chocolate & move around with fork until fully coated with chocolate. Wipe away excess chocolate by scraping bottom of fork on the side of the bowl. Place back on paper, refrigerate again until chocolate hardens, serve, & enjoy!
