Homemade Sriracha Butter Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 sticks butter
Instructions
- In medium microwave safe mixing bowl, melt 1 stick of butter on high for 20 seconds. Watch it so it does not melt completely but softens a bit. Remove from microwave & add in sriracha. Stir to combine.
- Slice second stick of butter into 1 inch cubes & add to mixing bowl. Using electric mixer on low-medium speed, stir in second stick of butter. Stir until smooth & all ingredients are incorporated together. Scoop into jars. Enjoy!
