A healthy lifestyle for us is all about moderation. We’ll push ourselves to head to the gym 2-3x a week because we know anything more it’ll burn us out. Same goes for eating healthy, we aim for a balanced diet majority of the week but definitely indulge every now & then. One of the biggest things that motivates us is cute workout clothes. After all, if you’re going to spend some mula on the clothing, you might as well put them to good use! This yoga mat totally spoke to us as it was the cutest purchase AND it basically has our moderation life motto written on it, “After This We’re Getting Pizza”. Plus, it’s a total steal! Another item we totally love is this Kate Spade x Beyond Yoga bow sports bra. They’re onto their second collaboration & all the items are covered in bows, florals, basically everything we love. We paired it with a flowy white tank (on major sale!), neutral camo leggings, & our favorite velvet sneakers. While the sneakers aren’t meant for running, they’re great for your walk to yoga class & are even super cute paired with jeans or a mini dress.
