This recipe miiiight be what Gwen Stefani was talkin’ about in ‘Hollaback Girl’. A smooth mix of chocolate & peanut butter bark topped with banana marshmallows, seriously this stuff b-a-n-a-n-a-s. Plus it could not be easier to make. The full recipe is below but basically you melt the chocolate & PB for a few seconds, swirl ’em together, & top with these adorable banana marshmallows. Warning you, don’t open the marshmallows until you’re ready to top the bark because you might or might not eat the whole thing & then have to go buy another box… Not that I’d know anything about that…
- 8oz milk chocolate chips
- 4 oz peanut butter chips
- 1 small candy cube of Sugarfina Fuzzy Monkeys
- Line baking tray with parchment paper. In microwavable safe bowl melt the milk chocolate chips for 30 second intervals until smooth (stir in between). Pour melted chocolate onto the parchment paper & spread evenly with a spatula.
- In microwavable safe bowl melt the peanut butter chips for 20 second intervals until smooth (stir in between). Drizzle melted peanut butter over the smooth chocolate & using a skewer or toothpick swirl the peanut butter through the chocolate in circular & infinity motions. Sprinkle Fuzzy Monkeys over the bark & press into place. Place tray in the fridge for 1 hour. Break, serve, & enjoy!
