Anyone else in need of a major detox after this past holiday weekend?! We spent it in NYC eating all the pizza, pasta, ice cream, & candy in the worrrrld. It was an absolutely amazing weekend but we know it’s been a weekend of eating when our bodies actually crave healthy food… We made a big batch of these mini turkey burger sliders with sweet potato buns at the beginning of the week & have been eating them all day er’ day. They’re so filling, satisfying, & easy to make plus they’re packed with nutrients & totally delicious.
