I tried a Perfect Bar at ExpoWest earlier this year & let me just say, I had hesitations as calling yourself “perfect” sets some pretty high expectations. This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Perfect Bar did NOT disappoint. I’ve probably had one for breakfast 4-5 days out of the week since then. Clearly I’m addicted to these perfect little bars & figured I should try to create them myself. What? You don’t think that anytime you like something? Weird… Anyway I was shocked when I threw this recipe together to find just how easy & similar in taste they turned out. Packed with protein, these bars are great for breakfast, on-the-go snacks, & ok fine I’ll admit, I even have ’em for dessert.
