Copycat Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Perfect Bars Recipe

Copycat Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Perfect Bar Recipe

I tried a Perfect Bar at ExpoWest earlier this year & let me just say, I had hesitations as calling yourself “perfect” sets some pretty high expectations. This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Perfect Bar did NOT disappoint. I’ve probably had one for breakfast 4-5 days out of the week since then. Clearly I’m addicted to these perfect little bars & figured I should try to create them myself. What? You don’t think that anytime you like something? Weird… Anyway I was shocked when I threw this recipe together to find just how easy & similar in taste they turned out. Packed with protein, these bars are great for breakfast, on-the-go snacks, & ok fine I’ll admit, I even have ’em for dessert.

Do you happen to have calorie counts for the bars if divided into 9? I usually eat half a perfect bar and save the rest for the next day. I’d be curious if I can count on it to be the same as a real one. Also where don’t get vanilla bean paste?

Hi! Unfortunately we don’t have the calorie count as it would vary based on the ingredients used brands. As for vanilla bean paste, this one is a great one! You can find online & is most grocery stores 🙂 It can also be swapped 1:1 with vanilla extract (we just find the paste is more flavorful!). Thanks for following along! xo
