This homemade cup of noodles recipe is basically your favorite version of takeout ramen minus the MSG, oils, & other ingredients you don’t even want to know are typically in there… It’s a super simple yet delicious & totally easy to make recipe that we cannot get enough of! As long as you have access to a microwave or some other way to boil water (stovetop, hot plate, instant hot water, etc.) you’ll be able to make this in a matter of minutes thanks to our favorite broth cubes from Bou (we used the ginger miso flavor & oh my gooooodness is it delicious). We added edamame, ginger, snap peas, ramen noodles, & sesame seeds to our recipe however you can truly add anything you’d like: tofu cubes, carrots, pineapple, pork, etc. Get the full recipe below & don’t forget to tag us when you make this recipe!
