You only need four ingredients & about 10 minutes to create this recipe. I’ve been making these for years & they’re always a hit. Plus they sort of look like mini Santa hats which is beyond adorable & perfect for a kids party if you ask me!
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Servings: 30 strawberries
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package strawberries
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, & extract. Beat with electric mixer (or whisk--will need to be beaten longer) until smooth (roughly 3 minutes).
- Cut top & bottoms off strawberries. Cut around the white stem center of the strawberry & scoop that part out with the spoon.
- Fill pastry bag with mixture in the bowl & fill strawberries with frosting. Enjoy!
