Continuing our Nutella trend with an incredible cookie recipe.
Frosting, hot chocolate, & even more cookies, Nutella never seems to disappoint. Taking our basic chocolate chip cookie & adding a few seasonal extras then stuffing them with Nutella was a recipe for success. That recipe? Below for you to make in less than 20 minutes. You’re welcome.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tsp milk
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp pure pumpkin
Nutella
Supplies:
baking tray
parchment paper
mixing bowl
mixing spoon
cookie scooper
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2:
In mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients, sans Nutella, & stir until combined.
Step 3:
Fill cookie scooper halfway with dough & place on parchment paper. Place a dollop of Nutella on the center of each dough. Add another scoop of dough on top of Nutella.
Step 4:
Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
