One of the perks of living in Los Angeles is our accessibility to all different types of fresh fruit. I’m talking things you probably haven’t even heard of before that are readily available at your grocery store. Since living here I’ve visited quite a few places to purchase my groceries: farmers markets, grocery stores, specialty markets, the list can go on & on. One place I’ve found that has an incredible selection of fruit is Bristol Farms. Luckily, they have 12 locations in SoCal so there is likely always one nearby. Recently I checked out their Mulholland location which is an absolute dreaaaaam. Any place that welcomes guests with a cookie cutting ceremony instead of a ribbon cutting one has my heart… Anyway I was beyond blown away by their incredible fruit selection I knew I had to do something with it all (have you ever seen cuter mini apples?!). After I snagged basically everything I could find I went home & put together this “charcuterie” of sorts board. A healthier alternative to your standard cheese & crackers charcuterie board, this fruit plate is the ideal appetizer (or dessert!) to bring (or have) at any holiday party you’re attending (or hosting–so many options!). A healthier alternative that takes only 5 minutes to throw together, looks beautiful, & is beyond tasty–yup, everyone is sure to love this fruit platter.
What I Included On The Platter:
mini pineapples, dragonfruit, kiwis, mini apples, bananas, kumquats, blood oranges, watermelon, mini bananas, blueberries, mandarin oranges, & mango
