Tori Praver, the model, swimwear designer & entrepreneur behind her namesake line is sharing what a day in the life for her normally looks like. From breakfast & morning routines, to work & workouts, check out our interview below with Tori to see what her favorites include!
MORNINGS:
FOOD: The first thing I do is have coffee, usually an almond milk latte & then I feed the kids breakfast & get them ready for school. I’ve never been a breakfast person so I usually have toast, an English muffin or I’ll do a green smoothie. And no, the bread isn’t gluten-free because I hate that.
WELLNESS: I usually do a workout class in the morning: yoga [CorePower], pilates [HotPilates] or something like that. I use a rose quartz roller on my face in the morning that I keep in the fridge.
MID-DAY:
FOOD: Lunch is normally a salad [Sweetgreen’s chicken pesto parm salad to be specific] with soup. In my fridge, I stock a lot of fresh fruit & veggies. I have avocado, cucumber, banana, strawberries everyday. I’m a chocolate fiend, I always have chocolate & candy [in the pantry].
WELLNESS: I keep all my vitamins in the fridge: Sovereign Silver for immune support, Wellness Formula for herbal defense, Mary Ruth’s Liquid Probiotic, NOW Pancreatin for digestion support, & Garden of Life Women’s Once Daily.
NIGHTTIME:
FOOD: Dinner ideally is fish & rice or a vegetable. Often because of the kids, it’s pasta or pizza I end up eating. I cook 3 nights a week & then we’ll do takeout [Jon & Vinny’s, Gjelina, Gjusta, & Tocoya are favorites] at least once a week [leftovers the remaining nights]. The recipe I’m famous for is my chicken soup – it was my grandma’s recipe.
WELLNESS: Unwinding? That doesn’t happen until probably 9pm. My kids usually go to bed by 8/8:30pm & then 9pm is my chill time but it’s not because I’m catching up on emails for work. One of the things I love is the little eye patches from Chanel & this face massager.

5 Fast Facts With Tori:
If you didn’t have Tori Praver Swimwear, what would you be doing career-wise? I love baking! It’s fun for me. I love to make cookies, brownies, lemon bars, monkey bread, etc. It sounds so fun to bake all day & have a bakeshop/coffeeshop.
Pinch me moment? Probably the first time I saw my suits in Sports Illustrated. The other was the first time I was on a billboard. I remember I was so young driving down Sunset with my mom.
What’s in your beach bag? Sunglasses, magazines, hat, sarong, & sunscreen (this for face & this for body).
Dream collaboration for Tori Praver Swimwear? Chloe, Isabel Marant, Zimmermann – something like that where I’m designing a capsule collection for a major designer.
Where do you see your brand in the years to come? I think the ultimate goal is to sell the brand. It’s crazy because every store & vendor that I ever dreamed of, those dreams have all really come true. Aside from selling it, seeing it become it’s own lifestyle brand that represents me (i.e. beach bags, baby stuff, kids clothes, etc.)
