When most think of Chicago one of two things come to mind: Michael Jordan & steakhouses. So what happens when the two combine? We checked out Michael Jordan’s Steak House to see what the result is when two of Chicago’s top subjects combine.
Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, MJSH is an iconic steakhouse that you must check out. With an extravagant menu & incredible service, this hot-spot is filled with some of the most delicious food in Chi-town. Our personal favorite? The garlic bread which is smothered in Wisconsin Roth Kase cheese fondue. This appetizer is the ultimate MVP as it’s absolutely beautiful, tastes like heaven, & comes in a generous portion. We have a feeling we’ll be ordering LOTS of this garlic bread all winter long!
Sticking with the cheese theme, the next dish we ordered was the mac & cheese. This incredibly gooey mac & cheese was coated with toasted breadcrumbs which made each bite absolutely perfect. Another must order at MJSH, this mac & cheese is made with 3 cheddar cheeses.
After all that cheese we had to sneak in a few greens! Ok, ok so this salad did have cheese in it too but it’s a salad so it doesn’t count right? Any meal that serves cheese on practically every dish is a meal we’d like to have over & over again. Whose with us?! This farm apple salad was made with brulèed goat cheese, grain mustard vinaigrette, & candied walnuts. Hurry & order this as it’s a seasonal salad!
Last but certainly not least was the 23 layer chocolate cake, a MJSH signature. This dessert is big enough to share with your entire group but tasty enough to want to eat all on your own. We’re not sure this needs much more of an explanation other than its 23 layers of the most delicious chocolate cake you’ve ever tasted. Obviously this is a must order!
