Hi Sharon! Unfortunately we don’t know the calorie count on each cookie. There are however tons of calorie trackers out there that you can plug ingredients into so maybe one of those could help?! Sorry we couldn’t help more but enjoy!! xo

These look amazing!! I’m a gluten free vegan that has to keep her carbs low, do you have more recipes like this? Can’t wait to try them.

  2. Livi says

Are the almonds necessary to the recipe? I’m allergic to nuts, gluten intolerant, and suddenly developed a peanut allergy at 23 🙁 This is the most minimal, healthy, peanut free recipe I have found yet! I’m just wondering if the almonds are vital to the recipe or if I can just leave them out.

    • Caitlin says

Hi Livi! Nope, the almonds are not necessary at all! In fact, you can totally leave them out or substitute them for something else you enjoy (i.e. carob chips, chopped freeze dried fruit, etc.). Enjoy!! xo
