After having spent my summer creating & eating almost every popsicle flavor possible I decided it was time to wrap up these babies & create a transitional flavor as the weather begins to turn. Ah I know I said it & cold weather is terrifying but luckily this sweet treat will make you forget about the snow that’ll most likely be on the ground in two seconds…
I know, I know I’m getting ahead of myself with this weather talk but judging by the last few winters we’ve had here in the mid-west I’m not totally crazy to be thinking this way! When trying to decide what type of popsicle to make, I referred back to some of my most popular posts & when looking for a theme I discovered you guys really like my cookie dough recipe…yay! So here ya have it, adapted from our basic cookie dough recipe (which is egg free & goes perfectly with a night of Netflix & a spoon if I do say so myself!) this recipe is, as all the other popsicle recipes have been, super easy!
