Pumpkin Spice Milkshake Recipe

Truthfully I’ve never had a PSL. Don’t freak out now, I’m just not huge on drinking anything but water. Yet with all the hype over the drink I figured it was time I tried it. Except I was really in the mood for a milkshake so I thought why not combine them into one delicious drink. I didn’t add any coffee because I’m not a much of a coffee drinker (& by not much I mean it’s my least favorite thing…) but feel free to add some if you’d like!

Pumpkin Spice Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients

  • for milkshake:
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp all spice
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp almond milk
  • 2 tsp pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp coffee, optional
  • for toppings:
  • whipped cream
  • extra cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all milkshake ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Top with whipped cream & extra cinnamon. Enjoy!
