It seems like lately we live in an Instagrammable unicorn & mermaid everything filled world. Amiright? Why bother getting the coffee if it isn’t pink & topped with candy? Who even wants toast unless it’s swirled with pastel cream cheese? And obviously skip the cheesecake, that is unless it’s cotton candy flavored & marbled in pink & blue… So you’re welcome in advance for this beauty of a dessert that tastes just as good as it looks. Yes, it’s worth every calorie & everyone who tries a bite will instantly love you. For extra fun, we suggest topping it with swirled pink & blue frosting along with some sugar sprinkles because, well, why not!
Cotton Candy Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- for the cheesecake:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- ½ cup full fat greek yogurt
- 1 cup cotton candy
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs
- for the swirl:
- pink food coloring
- blue food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. In large mixing bowl combine all cheesecake ingredients using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Divide batter into 2 medium bowls & add desired amount of blue food coloring to one bowl & desired amount of pink food coloring to another. Carefully pour spoonfuls of the different colored batters side-by-side into the greased baking dish, alternating colors while swirling them together.
- Bake the cheesecake for 60 minutes & then turn off the oven. Allow the cheesecake to sit in the warm oven for 30 minutes or until it’s set. Let cheesecake cool & then place in the fridge for 12 hours.
