This pie you guys. It’s next level good. Not tryna be cocky over here but it’s seriously so delicious! The combination of the tart pie with a super sweet, buttery crust makes for the most perfect summer treat. It would be so lovely for a 4th of July party since after all, everyone else will show up with that same apple pie from your local grocery store…

2 Step Blueberry Lemon Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • for the crust:
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 7 tbsp butter, melted
  • for the pie:
  • 28 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ⅔ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Spray pie dish with baking spray. Place crust ingredients in food processor until ball begins to form. Press mixture into pie dish. Bake for 8 minutes.
  • Combine yogurt & blueberries in the food processor until smooth. Add in the milk, egg yolks, & lemon juice. Pulse for 30 seconds. Pour mixture onto pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature & then refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve & enjoy!
