Maybe it’s because before our 20s we didn’t prepare them with the likes of honey mustard, paprika, garlic powder & baked until crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside but regardless we can’t stop eating this simple one step recipe for honey mustard brussels sprouts. It’s perfect for the holiday but also goes well as a side dish year round. Since it takes literally one minute to prepare, you really have no excuse for not getting your greens in!
Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, stems removed (don't slice in half until AFTER you cook them)
- 1½ tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. In large mixing bowl toss together the brussel sprouts, EVOO, mustards, honey, garlic, paprika & pepper.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper & pour brussel sprout mixture over paper. Bake for 35-45 minutes, tossing once halfway through. Slice in half (or leave whole), sprinkle with salt, serve & enjoy!
