Ingredients
- 4 cups GF rolled oats
- 6 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In large mixing bowl mash the bananas. Add in the oats, vanilla & almond butter. Stir to combine. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
- Line 9x9 in pan with parchment paper. Pour in the batter. Cook for 15-18 minutes. Cut into 9 bars & enjoy!
