This four ingredient, flourless, gluten-free banana bread bars recipe is SO easy & delicious. It takes less than 30 minutes to make (including baking time!) & you likely already have all the ingredients in the house. With just GF oats, bananas, vanilla extract & almond butter (plus chocolate chips or chunks if you want), you’ll have the most delicious, better-for-you recipe that you won’t be able to get enough of!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups GF rolled oats
  • 6 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In large mixing bowl mash the bananas. Add in the oats, vanilla & almond butter. Stir to combine. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
  • Line 9x9 in pan with parchment paper. Pour in the batter. Cook for 15-18 minutes. Cut into 9 bars & enjoy!
