Looking for an easy, last minute recipe for your upcoming NYE plans? Look no further than this incredibly delicious, gourmet tasting but not hard to make at all Blackberry Brie Crostini Appetizer Recipe! We began this recipe using the same toasted crostini recipe as our Fig, Goat Cheese, & Prosciutto Crostini Recipe aka our go-to, perfectly toasted, crispy crostini recipe that seriously anyone can make. While those were baking we simultaneously (feel free to do the crostini’s & then brie if you don’t have the oven space or it’s easier that way) baked our brie which was as simple as cutting off the top rind & placing it on a baking sheet. Annnd last but certainly not least, of course we made our berry topping complete with a hint of sugar water for extra sweetness.
This sweet & savory appetizer can be made in under 30 minutes & doesn’t require any fancy tools or techniques. Feel free to swap out the blackberries for another type of berry if you desire. Not a berry but we’re eager to try it with peaches in the summer! What’s your favorite type of appetizer? Comment below to let us know!
