One of my favorite desserts has always been warm chocolate cake. Serve it up with some ice cream & you’re instantly my new best friend. The only issue with this dessert (like most other desserts) is I have absolutely ZERO self control. These Nutella cupcakes however are the perfect size to sit around watching the latest KUWTK with oh let’s say a pint of ice cream next to you.
With only four ingredients in the entire recipe, there is absolutely no reason you shouldn’t make these cupcakes asap! Seriously did I mention how all you have to do is stir the batter, pour into a cupcake liner, & bake! With it being equally as simple to make as a boxed cake mix & having no added sugar in it, I think this recipe is one of our biggest wins yet! I should really look into boxing these ingredients up asap…
4 Ingredient Nutella Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup flour
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 F. Fill cupcake liners ¾ full.
- Bake cupcakes for 28-30 minutes or until toothpick is inserted & comes out clean. Serve warm & enjoy!
