Our go-to pie recipe is always blueberry. Something about the tart fruit mixed with a sugary syrup makes for an incredibly sweet & delicious treat that we always want more of. So imagine our delight when we discovered OREO’s latest & by far their greatest creation: Blueberry Pie OREO’s. We knew we had to do more than just binge eat them (because trust us that was about to happen…) so the obvious next step was to include them in a pie recipe. We used this blueberry filling recipe but if you want to keep some of the tartness feel free to try out this recipe.
While pies can be pretty difficult to make, this one could not be easier. The crust only includes two ingredients & you don’t even have to bake it. Doesn’t get much better than that! The filling has only four ingredients, a few of which might surprise you! Top a slice off with some vanilla ice cream or more Blueberry Pie OREO’s, or both for that matter, & you’ll be sure to have the perfect summer treat.

- 20 Blueberry Pie OREO's
- 3 tbsp butter
- In food processor, blend OREO's & butter until dough consistency & smooth.
- Spray pie dish with baking spray & pour crust mixture into dish. Smooth our with your hands until crust is even & covering the entire dish. Place in fridge for 30+ minutes. Fill with pie mixture, serve, & enjoy!
