Not going to lie, when we first thought up this recipe we had no intention of it being good. In fact, initially we crafted these healthy crackers to be topped with cheese, jam, or something much higher in calorie & sugar content… However as soon as the timer went off & we opened the oven door we had a feeling we underestimated these little crackers. Honestly, the smell of them aloneĀ is reason enough to make them. Once you try them though, you’ll never guess they’re actually healthy. We’ve made a batch of these once a week since crafting the recipe as they take just 5 minutes to prepare & are the perfect snack or appetizer.
