Instructions
  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all pancake ingredients except for the Pretzel Crisps. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place skillet on stove over low-medium heat.
  3. Pour 2 tbsp of batter onto skillet & smooth out with bottom of spoon, creating a circle in an even layer. Add Pretzel Crisps Dark Chocolate Crunch.
  4. Cook for roughly 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom & firm around sides.
  5. Flip with spatula & cook for an additional 1 minutes or until golden.
  6. Top with ice cream, Pretzel Crisps, & additional peanut butter and jelly. Enjoy!
